<p>Its a very rare event and some have said that when you see one rain will be here in 24 hours or worse, an earth quake is due. None the less this rainbow cloud or Circumhorizontal Arc looks cool.</p>

<p><strong>Monument Valley on the Utah, Arizona border</strong> was a favorite place for the famous <a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/John_Ford" target=_"blank title="John Ford">John Ford</a> who shot many movies in the valley which brought us many iconic images similar to this one of <a href="http://www.flickr.com/photos/17538542@N00/2951699557/" target=_"blank title="John Ford's Point, Monument Valley on the Utah">John Ford&#8217;s Point, Monument Valley on the Utah.</a></p>
